   Old Fashion Christmas Parade

JayHawk Dental is a proud sponsor of the channel 6 live coverage of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. The parade supports local charities such as The Shelter Inc., which offers services and support for children and families with a focus on at-risk children in Douglas County and northeast Kansas. Lawrence really loves St. Patrick’s Day Parade and we are happy to bring it to those we aren’t able to make it out to the event in person.

Dr. J and the whole staff have been in the parade in the past. Do you recognize this Leprechaun?  He was on the front of the Lawrence Journal World.

The_Lawrence_Old-Fashion Christmas Parade was started in 1993 and is the premier horse-drawn event in the Midwest. It attracts spectators and entrants from multiple states. The parade is usually the first Monday in December and runs along Massachusetts from 7th to 13th street. Santa Claus is usually the parade's grand finale.
