You’ll find our practice at 826 Iowa Street, near the intersection with W 9th Street. Free parking is available on-site. Our office is fully wheelchair accessible and designed to accommodate patients with a wide range of mobility needs.

We close for lunch from 1 - 2 PM daily.
Cancellation Policy: Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. Cancelled or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $75 fee.
