Your appointment includes a comprehensive oral evaluation with digital X-rays and intraoral scans (no messy molds), followed by a one-on-one consultation with your dentist to review personalized treatment options, costs, and next steps. We proudly see patients of all ages—starting at age 3—and offer convenient family block appointments to make scheduling easier.

Need help transferring records from a previous provider? Just let us know—we’re happy to assist. To help us better serve you, please bring the following to your first visit:
A valid photo ID and insurance card (if applicable)
Completed new patient forms (or arrive 15 minutes early to complete in office)
